Social media is a drug for you brain. Its not good for your mental health. Most of it is just flash in the pan viral rubbish that no-body will remember tomorrow.
So delete all your social media account(s). You will not miss anything in life. You will gain so much more. Go talk to real people. Get a beer, go for a walk, feel the grass on your feet!! Talk to the cows !
Most if social media is full of hate and lies. Click me..click me..click me!!! Just complete crap really. Funny you don't see the owner of FB on it every day? Showing pics of his dinner!? Why?! Cause NOBODY cares.
